Squash AUTOM and Squash DEVOPS 2021-07 versions are now available with the addition of UFT* and SKF support.
Regarding UI, Micro Focus's Unified Functional Testing* (previously QTP or QuickTest Professional), enables the testing of native, web or mobile applications. (It also enables the testing of web services, but this is not yet supported by AUTOM/DEVOPS).
Squash Keyword Framework (previously Squash TA), is a keyword-oriented testing framework. It can drive JUnit for unit or integration testing, Sahi and Selenium for web application testing, SoapUI for web service testing. It can also validate XML files or fixed-width text files, validate or manipulate relational databases data, etc.
As a reminder, Squash AUTOM allows you to launch automated tests from Squash TM, and access their results and history. Squash DEVOPS allows you, using a continuous integration / continuous deployment pipeline, to retrieve both test plans defined in Squash TM and their execution, and to return their results to Squash TM for you to read and add to history.

On top of the new UFT et SKF, Squash AUTOM and Squash DEVOPS already support:
Ranorex*: web, mobile, or desktop app testing;
Agilitest*: web, mobile, or windows app testing; web services testing;
Cypress: web app testing;
Robot Framework: generic keyword-driven testing framework that can be integrated with many testing tools: Selenium to test a Web app, Appium for a mobile app, White for a Windows app, Swing/SWT for a Java app, etc.;
Cucumber: BDD tests execution (behavior-driven development), can be integrated with Selenium for web testing, Appium for mobile testing, etc.;
SoapUI: web services testing;
JUnit: framework mainly intended for unit and integration tests, but can be used in combination with other tools (Selenium, Appium...) for functional tests.

From this version 2021-07, new Squash AUTOM and Squash DEVOPS will be available monthly on the second Wednesday of each month, except August due to the summer vacation. They will be named in the form YYYY-MM.
